Description: National Junior Honor Society is an organization to recognize students who show academic excellence, leadership, character, and service. Students must go through a selection process to become members, then, they must maintain a high GPA & complete a specified # of community service hours each year to maintain their membership. We will have to apply for a charter from the national organization & pay the school membership fee to begin this organization.

Speech and Debate Team

Description: Students have the opportunity to learn different styles of debating & public speaking. Participation in speech & debate requires a lot of outside work including researching & writing, so commitment is key. We compete in tournaments around the state throughout the year. The team also includes our high school competitors.
The Pike Road C.R.E.W. (Christians Ready Equipped Willing)

Description: This organization is a Christian, Student-led Bible study/community service group. Students will meet weekly to present bible study/character-building lessons, discuss and organize community service projects, staff/student appreciation projects, etc.
VEX-IQ Robotics
Meeting Day/Time: After school twice a week at the intermediate school where the VEX IQ field will be located.
